An Innovative and Unique Approach to Peace Building

ICCI's programs are based on core values that reflect profound humanitarian principles:

• Moving from Dialogue to Action: the programs combine facilitated dialogue, study, and action projects which enable the greater community to see the tangible benefits to be gained by working together for common goals.
• Addressing the Conflict: all programs promote relationship-building, including frank and open exchanges of views on subjects related to the regional conflict.
• Focus on Communities rather than Iindividuals: participants are carefully recruited based on their potential to impact their respective communities.
• Long-term Programs and Relationships: all major programs are long-term so as to encourage the building of lasting relationships.
• Religion as part of the Solution: utilizing interreligious textual study as an educational tool, ICCI programs promote religion as a means of bringing people closer together.

Religious Leaders, Women, and Youth 

ICCI works with three population groups - religious leaders, women, and youth - each of whom has the power to affect change.  Through varied and wide-ranging programs as well as its umbrella network of organizations, ICCI has and continues to make an impact on thousands of people within Israel, Palestine, and abroad.
